Sustainability in Production
The global textile and apparel industry is one of the most resource-dependent and environmentally impactful sectors worldwide. It consumes 98 million tons of non-renewable resources and approximately 93 billion cubic meters of water every year. Even more critically, it generates nearly 9% of total global CO₂ emissions – making it the world’s second-largest industrial emitter, ahead of aviation.
This reality brings an undeniable responsibility for action. At Landmark Fabrics®, we see it as our duty to actively reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.
